The above application link is a fillable PDF document. You can complete online and print from your computer. Application cannot be sent back to the club as an email attachment unless you scan the document into the email.

Please type or print clearly. It is important to provide a telephone contact number and a valid email address so the club can contact you it there are any problems associated with your application. Your provided email address will be used to send out the copy of the clubs electronic newsletter.

Please see you have the most current version of Abobe Reader or Adobe Pro to completing the application on-line.   NOTE: You cannot save this document.

Please Note: The "Information and Membership Request Form" is for requesting information and to place your name on the proposed membership list. This form is used to help contact members to provide additional information only.

The club does issue a membership card that identifies you as a member of a CMP affiliated club. It is suggested that you include a copy of the card with each order to the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). As a CMP affiliated club we send all membership information electronically tot he CMP on a weekly basis. This information is entered into the CMP data base if you are a established customer.

Any new member who has special needs and has not received their membership card and wishes to make a purchase can contact the club and provided we have your application, we can provide a CMP Club Member Certification form that can be used to make your purchase.

While the club makes every effort to have all membership applications processed and back in the mail within 7 days we make no specific guarentee based on the volume of applications recieved or unforseen issues that may arise in the normal business operation.

Please be advised that your personal check for membership may not be deposited in our bank account for a month or so. The club will send your membership information vial electronic email within 1 week of processing your membership application. Remember when ordering your rifle or other product from the CMP for the first time to enclose a copy of your membership card with your order. After your first order the CMP will not require resubmission until it is time to renew your Club membership.

If you are mailing your application in and attempting to use a Credit Card as the method of payment please provide the security code on the application card. The security code can be found as indicated in the pictures below.

The image below shows where to find your credit card CCV. CCV2 or CID security number. This number is required in order for the club to process all pay by credit card options.

Please take note. The club does not refund dues paid for memberships. If there is a problem please contact the club directly and we will make every effort to correct the situation to see your experience with the club is a positive one.  The club enjoys a very positive reputation, and for the most part has grown by simple word of mouth.

Dues paid to the M1CC cannot be claimed on your taxes even though we are fully affiliated with the National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship program.

The M1 Collectors Club is one of the only clubs that offers a full year of membership.  We were created due to a demand for a lower cost alternative to other clubs. In fact, based on examination of other clubs membership cost we feel that we have the lowest membership cost of any other CMP affiliated club.
